Downtown Canton was invaded by Zombies on Saturday October 26, 2013. Not to worry, there was no mutant virus attacking the city creating hordes of the walking dead. The event was a community celebration and fundraiser for Cherokee FOCUS and their youth works programs helping youth 16 – 21 with education, work readiness, job placement, and valuable life skills.
The crowd enjoyed the live band, movies, contests and a special V.I.P. appearance by Chandler Riggs, “Carl” from AMC’s # 1 show “The Walking Dead“.
