May 5, 2014

Holly Springs InformationWhether you are looking for a replacement job, an opportunity to rejoin the workforce, or looking for a summer position in the Cherokee County area.  The City of Holly Springs will be hosting a great opportunity for you to meet face to face with prospective employers. They will be holding a job fair on Wednesday May 7, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Holly Springs Community Center, also known as the Train Depot, located at 164 Hickory Rd.

Employers that have been announced for the event include International Marble Industries, Goodwill, Nikken, Chart Industries, North Georgia Staffing, Randstad US, Express Employment Professionals, Heritage Roof Truss, Primerica Financial Services, and Juice Plus+. Additional employers looking for employees are also expected to attend.

The Atlanta Regional Commission’s Mobile Career Resource Center will be on-site to help job-seekers with their job searches, prepare them for future interviews and provide information on Workforce Investment Act-funded training opportunities.

A certified human resources consultant will be available to help job-seekers craft an attention getting resume from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
