a free celebration of food, music, arts and crafts, will take place 11 a.m.-7 p.m.at the Elm Street Green in downtown Woodstock. Visitors also will have an opportunity to view the plans for the update of the historic Reeves House, set to become a permanent space for art and artists in our community. www.elmstreetarts.org
