A search return provides local organizations from wich residents may subscribe to up to the minute news alerts and advisories. The City of Woodstock and the Cherokee County Sheriff’s office post relevant information including traffic backups, missing persons, and police and fire investigations.
You don’t have to tweet yourself to take advantage of using Twitter for updates from local municipalities. Simply sign up for a free account and subscribe to your local government and law enforcement agencies for helpful information. The Woodstock Police Department (@WoodstockPD) tweets public service announcements and community reminders on a regular basis. Other local agencies that share helpful information include the Holly Springs Police Department (@HollySpringsPD), Canton Police Department (@CantonPoliceGA), and Cherokee County (@Cherokee_GA).
